- Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Attend a trek briefing and prepare for your journey.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
- Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m) on a charter flight. Trek to Phakding (2,610m) and check into a teahouse.

Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar
- Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m). The trail involves a steep ascent through beautiful forests and offers stunning views of the Himalayas.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
- Acclimatize by exploring Namche Bazaar. Visit the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views and explore the local market.

- Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m). Visit Tengboche Monastery and enjoy Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam views.

Day 6: Trek to Dingboche

2. Trekking Season:

Best Time to Trek: The ideal seasons is pre-monsoon (March to May) and post-monsoon (September to November). Winter (December to February) can be too cold, and the monsoon season (June to August) can bring heavy rainfall and risks of landslides.

3. Permits and Documentation:

Required Permits: Obtain necessary permits such as the Sagarmatha National Park entry permit and TIMS (Trekkers’ Information Management System) card. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay.

4. Health and Safety:

Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is essential, covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

Altitude Sickness: Be aware of symptoms of altitude sickness such as headaches, dizziness, and nausea. Ascend slowly and stay hydrated.

5. Packing Essentials:
