- Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon location and begin the day heading towards the city of San Salvador de Jujuy. Passing through Yala, start the ascent and visit the famous ravine. Gradually, the vegetation disappears to give way to a striking landscape defined by peculiar stratifications, whose colours and shapes create unforgettable views. The Andean world also reveals itself through its rich culture.
- Stop in the town of Purmamarca for approximately 30 minutes, with time to walk through the town and discover its attractions. Highlights include the Hill of Seven Colors, the old Chapel of Santa Rosa de Lima dating from 1648, its centennial carob tree, and a colourful handicraft market.
- Continue towards Tilcara, where visitors are taken to its famous Pucará. This ancient indigenous fortress is set against a beautiful backdrop of polychrome mountains, and at its centre stands a wonderful forest of cardones.
- Head to the city of Humahuaca, crossing the Tropic of Capricorn and passing many other geological formations that make the landscape truly unique. Explore Humahuaca and stroll through its beautiful colonial streets. Its central squares are especially notable, featuring the Independence Monument, the cathedral, and the municipal building, among other landmarks. A lunch break is held here (not included).
- Enjoy a visit to the small chapel of Uquía, which reflects a strong colonial heritage expressed through ancient 16th- and 17th-century architecture. Valuable pieces of mystical colonial art are exhibited here, along with works from the old Cuzco school of painting.
