   • Observe the traditional process using a havan (stone mortar) and a heavy iron or bronze pestle.

   • Watch as medium-roasted Arabica beans are pounded by hand, requiring over 800 rhythmic strikes to achieve the fine texture known as “coffee flour.”

   • Understand how the stone's texture influences the flavor profile, creating a brew unlike any modern alternative.

   20:00 – Brewing and Tasting Preparation (10 minutes)

   • See how the ultra-fine coffee is brewed slowly over heat, not boiled, maintaining its aroma and strength.
