Know Before You Go

It is a requirement that passengers must provide their pick-up location.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

The Customer must provide AC with their identity, age, and any special requirements. They will also adhere to the operator's policies, including baggage restrictions, seatbelt usage, and any other rules the carrier sets, and shall not damage AC's assets.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:

Customers with certain medical conditions, disabilities, or expectant mothers are not preferred for the tour. They must verify that they are physically capable of participating in the tour and get a confirmation from any medical practitioner prior to the tour.

Weight restrictions may apply to each helicopter based on its seating configuration, and the pilot’s decision on onboarding will be final. Our weight limit per passenger would be 105kg for safety and smooth travel.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Children under two cannot travel, while those aged two and above must purchase a full ticket. They are neither allowed to sit on a lap nor fly alone until age 12.

FORBIDDEN ITEMS:

The Customers will be informed of the categorically forbidden items carried on board AC helicopters. AC's ground personnel's determination concerning restricting prohibited items on the flight shall be conclusive and binding. AC shall provide locker facilities to safeguard the customers' valuables.

DRESS CODE:

Passengers must wear comfortable and ethically suitable attire and accessories.

INSURANCE:

All Customers will mandatorily be covered by AC insurance as a part of the service.

TIMINGS/SCHEDULE:

The Customer must arrive at the time specified in the confirmation document and 45 minutes before the aircraft's scheduled time, along with a valid ID card.

Please Note that the Helicopter starts from 9:30 till 1600 daily.

Please note that the pickup time will be 1 hour and 30 min before the tour.

Example - If the traveller books a 9:30 am slot, the pickup time will be 8 am.
