Know Before You Go

Insurance: Every passenger is insured by the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.

Carrying a Passport for a Helicopter ride is mandatory, and e-copies will NOT be accepted.

It will be considered NO Show if they do not follow the same.

All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.

Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.

Infants are not allowed for this activity. Children 2 years and above are allowed on board.

Maximum 5 (five passengers) in Dubai Helicopter Tours.

Passengers who exceed the 140 KG weight limit will not be permitted to fly.

Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.

Pregnant women can fly only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy OR at their own risk.

Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.

Once booked, you will receive a payment confirmation. Following this, you will get email notifications with ticket attachments or access them directly from your dashboard. Please carry the tickets to get access to the venue.

The pickup will be arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
