Itinerary

Ski Dubai Tour
- Arrive at Ski Dubai in the Mall of the Emirates. Get equipped with ski gear and receive a brief orientation of the slopes and Snow Park.
- Begin with a 30-minute professional lesson tailored to your skill level. Learn the basics or refine your techniques with a certified instructor.
- Hit the slopes to practice your new skills or enjoy skiing and snowboarding on various runs, including the indoor black diamond run.
- Head to the Snow Park for 30 minutes of snow tubing, tobogganing, or exploring the interactive snow play area. Try the Giant Ball for a unique experience.
- Experience the Snow Bullet zipline or take a spin in the Giant Ball for a thrilling ride above the slopes.
- Conclude your visit with a final snow play session or relax at the Avalanche Cafe.

Winter clothes, jackets and pants in different sizes (from S to 4XL)

For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet while downhill skiing

Skaters ages 3 to 13 must wear a helmet at all time

All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks, dining etc, on-site during the tour

Know Before You Go

For Snow Premium, our operations will coordinate with you, and the booked slot must be confirmed at the latest 48 hours before the visit date.

The guest must bring our confirmation mail to the Snow Premium venue. If you do not receive the same, please check the booking status with our team before visiting.

Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.

Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.

To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg

Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.

Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.

Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)

There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

An adult must accompany children at all times.

Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.

Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.

NOTE - The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant ladies are not allowed to participate in the activities.

To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have your E-tickets or printed copies.

Approach the ticketing counter and present your ticket to get an entry wristband as per the option booked

Once you are ready to enter the venue, scan the wristband at the turnstiles

You can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.
