The entrance to Burj Khalifa is through the Dubai Mall.
You are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking date and time.
You can select the available slots while making your booking.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Dubai (If transportation selected).
You are required to book your tour at least one day in advance if you are selecting transportation.
Your voucher will be emailed to you within 20-45 minutes of purchase. Please display the same on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID.
