Embark on this short 5-day safari through Tanzania's Ruaha National Park and explore its rich wildlife. Go on exciting game drives and spot cheetahs, lions, elephants, kudus, antelopes, wild dogs, hornbills, snakes and crocodiles. Also, witness the stunning sunrise and the scenic Ruaha Riverbank, Mwagusi Sand and Mdonya Rivers.
Itinerary

Day 1- Iringa/Dar Es Salaam - Ruaha National Park
After breakfast at your destination, clients will be picked up around 0830 hrs with packed picnic lunch boxes and drive Ruaha National Park.
Arrive midday at the park with your Tanzanian safari guide for your hot lunch.
After the lunch break, start the afternoon game drive at the biggest national park in East Africa - “The Home Of Wilderness”
Later in the evening, around 1700 hrs, start to drive to your cottages place for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2- Ruaha National Park
After breakfast at 0700 hrs, depart at 0730 hrs with packed picnic lunch boxes for the full day game drive. Apart from being the largest National Park in Tanzania and East Africa, the park is one of the Tanzania birds’ paradise with more than 571 species, and some of them are known to be migrants from within and outside Africa. Migrating species from Europe, Asia, the Australian rim and Madagascar have been recorded in the park.

Day 3- Ruaha National Park
After breakfast at 0730 hrs, depart at 0800 hrs from the packed picnic lunch boxes to continue exploring the beauty of nature and wildlife. Here you can do sunrise, afternoon and sunset game drives.
Later in the late afternoon, drive back at the cottage for your evening at leisure, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4- Ruaha National Park
After breakfast at 0730 hrs, depart at 0800 hrs from the packed picnic lunch boxes to continue exploring the beauty of nature and wildlife. Here you can do a sunrise game drive, afternoon and sunset game.
Later in the late afternoon, drive back to the cottage for your evening at leisure, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5- Back to Iringa
Have a leisurely breakfast at 0800 hrs.
Depart at 0830 hrs with packed picnic lunch boxes for a morning game drive while exiting out of the park.
Proceed back to Iringa town.
Arrive in the afternoon and be dropped off at your destination.
