About Us — Amazigh Voyage

My name is Hassan Ait Bounacer, proudly of Berber heritage, born and raised in the heart of Morocco’s Atlas Mountains.Our family roots are deeply connected to the village of Imlil — the hiking gateway to Mount Toubkal, just one hour from the bustling city of Marrakech.

Growing up in the mountains, I fondly remember welcoming travellers into our family home during their backpacking and trekking adventures.These encounters gave us the joy of sharing our culture and the opportunity to learn from people from all walks of life.

From an early age, I was fortunate to accompany my father, Mohamed, on his tours.Together we explored Morocco — camping beneath the stars in the Atlas Mountains, enjoying traditional Berber music around campfires, riding camels through the golden dunes of the Sahara, and witnessing unforgettable sunsets and sunrises.

For over 30 years, my father has guided guests through Morocco’s most breathtaking destinations:
