Alexandria Historical Highlights Tour
- Pick up from the hotel and visit Pompey's Pillar, constructed in honour of Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century.
- Drive to Kom El Shoqafa Catacombs, the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of three levels cut in the rock.
- Have lunch at a local restaurant in Alexandria.
- Proceed to see the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the site of the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria.
- Head to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, inaugurated in 2002 near the site of the original Library of Alexandria.
Return to the hotel.
