Description

On this walking & transit tour, it is dedicated to exploring downtown. Assist you in getting familiarized with Toronto. Pass by restaurants,  look at sculptures, monuments, go into some of the  buildings, some of which amalgamate the classic & the modern architecture. You’ll also soak up the history & hear the stories of the people who helped mold the city.  I’ll also share with you my experiences growing up in the city.

    • We will look at the CN tower and the skyscrapers that incorporate classic and modern architecture, as well as Walk the Path, the world’s largest underground mall that connects most of downtown Toronto. Canada Walk of Fame is dedicated to Canadian Celebrities. We will also check out our world-famous Theaters in the Entertainment District.

    • Will stop in St. Lawrence Market to try Canadian Flavors like Maple Butter Tarts, pass the Flatiron Building, Berczy Park, which has gone to the dogs & St. James Cathedral.

    • Formerly the home of Gooderham & Worts Distillery, it's now the place to be in Toronto, with year-round festivities, home of the Mill Street Brewery, art galleries & cafes.

    • Toronto's Time Square is right across from the Eaton Center, where The Hudson Bay Company is one of North America's Oldest Corporations. We will stop by Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto's City Hall, for a photo opportunity with the Toronto sign.

    • Toronto's hippest street will pass the City TV building, go down graffiti alley, and maybe do some shopping.

    • Canada’s largest Chinatown, next to the vibrant Kensington Market, still has preserved its charm.

    • Also known as the mink mile, back in the 1960s and 1970s, it's where the Toronto hippie movement took place and where some great Canadian musicians, like Neal Young, Gordon Lightfoot, and Joni Mitchell, got their start. You can also climb the Canadian Shield.
