A wealthy Californian in later age was asked "If he were young where would he invest his money?" and he gave this simple answer: "Traveling". I am sure he was right at least for one reason. According to me the reason is that while traveling, you not only cross over to learn the reality of another culture, but away from home you are no longer a victim of your homely restrictions and habits. This means that as you travel, you are participant of all that happens en route and therefore you see your capacities increase. Macedonia's historical wealth and rich culture is the ideal environment for this transformation, and it will be my great pleasure to guide you through it!
I am an official member of the "Tour-Guide Association of Macedonia" and of the "Tour-Guide Association of the City of Skopje". My guidance Includes all sightseeing in Macedonia, be it Skopje, Archeological site Stobi (The best place to spot Ancient Romans and Early Christians at the same place), Bitola and Heraclea Licestis, all possible marvels of Ohrid- UNESCO World Heritage Sites, endogenic & egzogenic nature and the Monastery of Sveti Naum on the southern part of the lake
Ohrid has been given the name "Jerusalem on the Balkans" and "Pearl of the Balkans". The city of Struga has earned the moniker "city of poets", known for it's Festival of Poetry, the beautiful canyon of the river Crni Drim and further the beautiful Radika river and the 11th century monastery St. John The Baptist Bigorski with 21 active Monks living in it. My tours all include enriching details on local flora and fauna in the National Parks and all sorts of information on our country and the entire region of the so-called Balkans.
