The article focuses on some strange things that sometimes occur in our workplaces. I am very committed and hardworking, adhering to good work practices. Working as a tour guide and producer entails a lot of commitment; I am used to working in harsh and unpromising working conditions. It Is a demanding job that, at times, separates you for a long time from your family and friends. Lots of time are spent in the wild and field, and it needs a high level of discipline and commitment. At times from outlook, people count much in for the allowances, of which I think one should at times have time for rest and attention to family and friends. Children need time to spend with their parents. And social life has a role in life. We sometimes give too much time to the job and assignments we do.

I want to share with you this strange experience I encountered—driving a safari jeep has given me mixed experiences. I have been in the tour safari business for the past thirty years. But formerly, I dealt with tour companies; at the tour companies, the work was seasonal; there was high season and low season, which gave us ample time to relax and have time for family and friends. The only hectic time was the high season, which did not last very long. The low season was long, giving time for the guides to rest and have time for a social life. At times we even worked with private filming companies, their assignments took time, but in the end, one had time to rest. These assignments and work tasks made us come across different types and characters.

Let Me come to the real and strange story; I worked for two years in a Filming and Documentary Team. All of us are human, but a few are humane. I am working in hard-working conditions and encountering some of the most complicated and harsh country roads in Tanzania, driving for miles and across the whole country, covering more than 75000 road kilometres of good and bad terrain. With no accident or major vehicle fault. But the result in which is very frustrating. Another driver made a false accusation of a broken rear window in the car. To enable him to take the car, I have driven for the past two years after the false accusation. The broken window was caused by a generator fitted in the rear of the said car. I opposed carrying an operating or running generator in the car, But was ordered to drive with the generator operating in the car; The outcome was broken glass that offended me. It is strange for one to be victimised for the wrong going of others.

Though I understood the calibre and type of people, I worked with. They were extremely self-centred and of a low reasoning calibre. They were inferior in time management, uncooperative and had the Know Aall character. I believe it is subjected to malnutrition and low IQ. We have very strange characters in  Africa. They believe and think they know everything. But we should not blame them; let's blame the education system they went through. An Intellectual from Cambridge or Oxford can not do acts like these. Selfishness is a product of the dont have. We should value the contribution of others. Humanity is of great value.

Humans work for awards, rewards and recognition. And we should value the work and commitment of others. Teamwork and team play is the essential component of cooperative success, which will make such strange things not happen. We value jobs that value us. And this is very important because humans spend time in workplaces, especially adults, and kids spend much of their time in school. Thanks to all for reading and going through this stressful real and personal story.
