Hello.
Reunion Island, thanks to its many microclimates, offers visitors a wide variety of landscapes.

Around its main volcano, which rises to 3,070 meters and has been dormant for 12,000 years, three enormous calderas have collapsed, creating magnificent landscapes reminiscent of prehistoric times.
Its active volcano, "Piton de la Fournaise", has sculpted stunning lunar landscapes in the south of the island.

The hot and humid east coast is covered in lush tropical vegetation, nourished by numerous rivers, pools, and waterfalls.
The sunnier and drier west coast boasts lagoons and beaches of white and black sand. Several attractive marinas offer a range of water sports, such as whale and dolphin watching, jet skiing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, and more. Numerous activities are offered to tourists, such as paragliding, helicopter tours, cannoning in waterfalls, and lava tube visits.

Many botanical gardens, with plants as beautiful as they are surprising, await visitors; as well as sugarcane and rum distillery museums, traditional medicinal plant distilleries, a volcano museum, a sea turtle observatory, a museum on the island's history, from its earliest settlement, and more.

The island is also crisscrossed by over 800 kilometers of hiking trails, ranging from easy to challenging.

I look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you the many facets of this French overseas department, an exotic French territory.

See you soon!
