This is the first time I have ever posted a review on this site but we were so pleased with his services that I felt compelled to share our experience with others. After checking out several different tour companies, I decided to book a tour with Miguel after reading the reviews and am SO glad I did!! I visited Mallorca with my sister and 82 year old mother and we booked 2 days with Miguel - one day was a tour of the old town, cathedral, and Valdemossa, the second day was a tour of Petra (Fr. Junipero Serra's birthplace (founder of CA missions) which was on my mother's "bucket list.") We booked the tours on a Wednesday and Friday bc Miguel warned us that on the Thursday, 6 cruise ships were scheduled to come in and it would be much more crowded at some of the sites - which we wouldn't have known otherwise. It was also good to have a day in between to relax bc you cover a lot in one day with Miguel! It was so much better than doing one of the large group tours and in my opinion, not much more expensive since other tours charge by the person. Besides, you get what you pay for and Miguel was worth every penny and then some. He completely tailored the tours to our requests and needs - he made sure that we saw what we wanted to see, he was totally flexible (we made an impromptu stop at a reputable pearl factory for gifts) and he was excellent at offering suggestions once he knew our priorities. He is not only very knowledgable about Mallorca, he has a wonderful personality and we were able to really enjoy ourselves since we didn't have any stress about where to go, what to do, and how to do it. In addition to having a local who knows the language and sites, having a driver was also a plus since the driver could drop us off and pick us up as needed - which was especially helpful when traveling with our elderly mother. We also were able to do things that we wouldn't have otherwise - in Petra, one of the churches was closed and Miguel tracked down the phone number of the Church's housekeeper, called her, and she opened the church for us. At another church/museum, they were closing for lunch but he was able to talk them into letting us come in for a quick visit. At the Cathedral, we were able to get right in rather than wait in a long line. I couldn't recommend his services more, especially if you have limited time in Mallorca - he will make sure to make the most of your visit. His wife is also a guide with this company and although we did not get a chance to meet her, I am sure that she is equally capable and that you'll be in good hands with either one. Thank you for a lifetime of good memories of our visit to Mallorca!!
