Kenya's Masai mara game reserve was in November 2006 named as the 8th wonder of the world because of what experts termed as uniqueness of the area and the habitat, it provides to so many species living in harmony.

The 1510sq. Km reserve is 270 kilometres from Nairobi a five hour drive or a 45 minutes flight.

The National reserve was the shooting location for the film Out of Africa and remains to be the filming ground for  BBC'S Big Cat Dairy series.

Although it is a resting ground for the big five the reserve's  major attraction is the great wildbeests and zebra migration from serengeti in Tanzania to the Masai mara that happens between July to October.
