Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique - such as mindfulness or observing or emptiness or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity - to practice attention and observe awareness, and restore a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.


Ask yourself, “what do you have stored in your life or purpose of life?” Once you've got something (or things) in mind, dwell in that gratitude for 30 seconds and then feel that to have that stage in practice for every situation.


At the moment that you have the understanding of what this child self is seeking, your heart naturally begins to open, and you feel compassion and love for this hurt child in front of you. (the child-self is always asking for love–but it’s important that you investigate it each time in order to arrive at an authentic place of understanding and compassion.) It’s not the same to conceptually understand this, you need to actually FEEL this opening in your heart.


How and why are important but the practice is yours to achieve this. Come and observe to have this state. Once you get this process, the rest of everything works for you in normal & economic life.
