How safe is Ljubljana? According to the Mercer world survey, it’s one of the safest cities in the world.
In 2011, it ranked 30th in the world in terms of personal safety. That makes the capital of Slovenia safer than any city in the entire United States. It’s also safer than any city in the United Kingdom. Ljubljana is also safer than Tokyo, Berlin, Brussels or any major city in Eastern Europe. In other words, the city is pretty safe.
