Aberdare National Park is know for its association with the royal family since Queen Elizabeth became a queen while on a trip to Aberadare treetop lodge.Recently the park was opened for hikers to hike through the park with a help of ranger since we still have problem of the man eater of Tsavo.A partnership between Giwa outdoor adventure and World challenge expeditions embarked on opening a trail on the moorland of Aberdare.We established a 5/6 day trek on the moorland that ascends from Tosha kiandongoro to haganiae camp to the road head and further up the Satima peak (4000ms) amd descends via Wandare gate .
