Balad Sayt village is located in the Wilayat of Rustaq in the South Al Batinah Governorate, Sultanat of Oman
It is surrounded by the mountains of Wadi Bani Awf, and its terraced agricultural areas and old houses blend together to form a breathtaking landscape.
On Saturday, October 4, 2025, we embarked on our third trip to discover the mountains of Oman, starting from Jebel Shams and ending at the summit of Jebel Hat.
At Jebel Hat, the temperature was 24 degrees, the air was cool and pleasant, and from the summit of Jebel Hat, Balad Sayt could be seen.
We made our way along the dirt road to the bottom of the valley, then to Balad Sayt, then to Wadi Awf, stopping at one of the famous valleys (Snake Canyon)
