Welcome to an open museum- the cultural city, which is rich in art and architecture, tradition and ritual. Bhaktapur lies 15 km east of Kathmandu valley with an elevation of 1,401 m above the sea level. Surrounded with World Heritage Monuments, it takes around 2 hours to explore the major squares inside Bhaktapur Municipality.
1) Durbar Square- Palace Area.
2) Toumadi Square- Tallest temple of Nepal.
3) Pottery Square- Place where they made clay pots.
4) Dattatreya Square- An open wooden carving museum and the place where we can see a temple made out of a single tree.
5) Walk around the alleys of Bhaktapur.
