Sid Ahmed is an amazing person, definitely must-meet one if you want to know more about Tunisia and its hospitality! I enjoyed chats with him and also with his lovely wife. They both have great personalities, love each other a lot (ask Sid Ahmed how much his wife means for him and he'll never stop talking ;)). He laughs a lot, loves telling funny jokes! I really hope I will meet him again!
