2007 November TONY Meijer our customer, me as his guide and one of our porters Bikash gurung did  Tilicho Lake trek, mesokanto la pass after Manaslu circuit trek, this pass is not easy compare with thorong la pass, it is challenging pass and narrow trails and many landslide part, but rewarding fascinating Himalayan view and highest place Lake in the world  4740m. This trekking is only few Numbers can do at each season because of not tea house facilities after Tilicho Base camp till Jomsom 2 nights 3 days, at that time we have only 1 day  foods and one EP gash bringing with us, but we have very good equipment and tent, sleeping bags for night and wearing gears,

so due to snowing 2 days continues the day when we was in Manang and Khangsar, it was very difficult to find out the real route because of all the snowy,  after Tilicho base camp we did camp in the Tilicho lake and had cooked our foods which we have, but next day we couldn’t  pass because of difficult to find our real track,  so we just camp before the Tilicho Pass and after Mesocanto la pass without any foods,  it was so unforgettable night that was without foods and cold night, next day we did pass and come all the way to Jomsom after 17 hours walking and finally we get Dhal bhat and tea in jomsom at Hotel Monalisa , I still remember that days and now when we leading our customer this trek we do prepare enough foods and weal gears.
