The tour organizers act only as an agent providing means of transportation, hotels, restaurants or other services and assume no responsibility in connection with any injury, damages, loss, loss of life, accident or delay resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, break down in machinery or equipment, hostilities, civil distributers, and epidemics and A One Tours will not be liable to pay any amount to concerned individual or tourist.
The tour organizers shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the tour members as a result of any of forgoing clauses. The tour organizers reserve the rights to accept or refuse or retain somebody as the member of the group or cancel the tour and their liability will be limited to to the full refund of the amount received. The tour organizers have the right to change tour program if necessary.
Mode Of Payment:
Full payment in advance will only be accepted in cash. In the case of single room required, 60% of tours price will be charged extra. Booking should be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In case of cancellation by A One Tours due to unavailable circumstances, our liability will be restricted to a full refund of the amount received. If the client desires to change or cancel the tour, a written notice should reach our agent’s office prior to departure. Refund will be made as per following policy

3-5 days prior to departure: 50%
2 days prior to departure: 25%
