As a proficient English speaker with Tertiary Qualifications in Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, I am a longstanding member of the Egyptian General Tourist Guides Syndicate (EGTGS) and the World Federation of Tour Guide Association (WFGTA), having over twelve years experience as a professional Egyptologist, informing, educating and guiding individuals and groups of English speakers during their visits to archaeological sites and museums throughout Egypt, as a tour manager as well as a guide.
I am friendly and outgoing, like people and use humour and role-play to convey my passion for Egyptian history and culture, also simplifying complicated information. This helps to develop rapport and a high level of engagement with my clients. Priding myself in accuracy and attention to detail, I’m keeping up to date with new archaeological findings.
