We are here to assist you to have a better understanding of how the COVID-19 outbreak may or may not interrupt your immediate or forthcoming travel plans. The safety of our travelling clients is our utmost concern, therefore we are providing all the necessary information and keeping updated about the progress regularly if required.

At the moment, everything is normal and under control and Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan tours have been kept on hold until further information from the respective country officials. With an exception to certain regions that have been declared unsafe to travel by the WHO concerning COVID-19 outbreak such as China, Iran, South Korea, Japan, Iran and Italy, all our trips in the Nepal Himalayas are continuing to operate.

Regarding Your Booked Trips:

As per the recent notice released by the officials in Nepal, the on-arrival visa has been suspended till 30th June 2020 which came into effect from twelve hours at midnight of 14th March 2020. You have to obtain a pre-arrival visa from Embassy of Nepal after presenting a swab test PCR health certificate. With all the necessary requirements, if you can make it to the beginning of your trip, the trips will proceed just as planned. As Nepal has not imposed any travel bans, you can make it here with a pre-visas and medical certificate.

Medical Assistance and Expenses:

Each travel insurer has different policies when it comes to covering the medical charges. Please look into your insurance policy carefully and contact your provider and stay alert on what is and what is not included in your policy.

We are taking bookings for any of your future travel plans and also closely monitoring the situation. This enables us to provide you with updates and possible impacts on your travel plans beforehand.
