Pick up by the Saigon guide with a motorbike at the hotel.
Stop at a local restaurant to try Bun Cha (rice noodle soup served with Mekong fillet catfish plus fresh morning glory and bean sprout) or Bun Bo in Hue Style.
Drive through the heavy traffic to District 5, where most of the Chinese community live.
Pay a visit to an evening local market and also stop at a wholesale market in China Town.
Stop at an open local grill restaurant to try some local BBQ.
Drive through District 8 to District 7, called New Saigon City and know about the lifetime of the rich and ex-pat living here.
Travel to District 4 and sit down at a local stall to enjoy some more street food inclusive of grill scallops with onion and crushed peanut, clams steam with lemongrass, crab claws.
Return to the hotel around 10:00 PM.
