- At the visitors' center, watch the film and see the unique 19th-century cyclorama, which gives a sound and light show explaining Pickett's Charge, the deciding fight of the battle on July 3, 1863.

- This battlefield is rich in history, with over 1400 markers and memorials. Licensed battlefield guides give the history in great detail during the 2 hours they are with your group. If you can give me information on what you'd like to learn about - where you are from/are you related to anyone in the battle, I can share this with the visitors' center in advance so they can customize the tour for you.
