Description

Travel along the Lycian trail across Turkey for an amazing cultural and authentic experience of Turkish history and landscape. You will meet locals, climb up the town's highest mountain, Baba Dag, swim along coasts and in lagoons, and much more. 

  • Day 1: Arrival to Fethiye expand_more

    • Arrive in Fethiye, and transfer to the hotel.

    • Spend the day at leisure.

  • Day 2: Start to discover and trail expand_more

    • Discover the town and its neighbourhoods in the morning.

    • Trek the whole afternoon up to Faralya town in the forest.

  • Day 3: Trail Through Richness expand_more

    • Start the day with a trek up to the highest mountain in the town, Baba Dag.

    • Meet with locals.

    • Eat local food en route.

    • Swim at sunset on beautiful coasts.

  • Day 4: Climbing Down into Butterfly Valley Free Afternoon expand_more

    • Enjoy 5 km of trekking on dirt, and its time to climb down with robes into the valley to see beautiful Jersey Tiger butterflies.

    • Swim all afternoon and return to the town by boat.

  • Day 5: Greek Town and Lagoon expand_more

    • Proceed to explore the old Greek town.

    • Trek over mountains and reach the only lagoon in Turkey (Blue Lagoon Fethiye).

    • Swim in the lagoon.

  • Day 6: Long Sandy Beaches and Roman City expand_more

    • Transport to the Roman Aquaduct Canal and follow the Roman trail.

    • Arrive at Patara, a former ancient Roman town.

    • End the tour for the day at one of the longest beaches in Turkey (Patara).

  • Day 7: Discovering High Mountains, visiting Shepherd Hub expand_more

    • Proceed to the higher villages of Antalya city, and meet shepherds. This will be one of the best days of the tour. 

    • Enjoy fresh milk.

    • Trek around the glaciers.

    • Return to the hotel.

  • Day 8: Time to say goodbye expand_more

    • End the tour today. Exchange contact numbers with other group members or tour representatives.

    • See you again in this wonderful country.
