Go on a fascinating journey to these Russian cities and learn about some of the greatest monuments of architecture built here. Breath in the air that is steeped with ancient stories at the Dormition Cathedral, Transfiguration of Jesus Cathedral, St. Euphimius Monastery and the Golden Gate Tower.

    • Start the tour by boarding the train at Kurskiy Train Sation in Moscow.

    • Arrive in Vladimir and meet the local tour guide at the train station. 

    • Explore the Golden Gate Tower, Dormition Cathedral with the unique frescos painted by Andrei Rublev and then proceed to St. Demetrius Cathedral.

    • Enjoy a drive to Suzdal from Vladimir (35 km). 

    • Embark on a tour of Suzdal after lunch.

    • Visit St. Euphimius Monastery, the former KGB political jail, Transfiguration of Jesus Cathedral, Market Square, Kremlin of Suzdal, the Nativity of the Virgin Cathedral and watch the bellman performance at the monastery.

    • Then, drive back to Vladimir.

    Board the train to Moscow.

    Worked with TourHQ to define a different kind of day. We started with a visit to several of the ornate metro stations and a lesson on how to navigate the system for when we wanted to travel on our own, on subsequent days. Then to Red Square, some history and walk around the major elements. Also advice on where to go on later days if we had spare time. Walk through some gardens and a metro journey through to the dormatory areas - we wanted to see where real Moscovites lived, shopped and ate. Great insight into the new Russia and Moscow cultures. Local shopes, spoke to some political activists, ate local food and rode buses (buses are pretty much the same in any city lol!). Back to the centre for a walk round the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, local parks with statues rescued post the breakdown of the USSR.  Then for a final 45 min river cruise around the centre. All in all a good day. Guide was friendly but low key - and showed us more than we expected, also was resourceful in flexing the plan to maximise our experience.

    Booked a private tour at lake Baikal. Better than expected!!!  It was great!!! The communication was really quick. Anna was very helpful and try always to simplify everithing. The local guide, Alex, was excellent!

    Did the Sergiev Posad trip with Easy Moscow on 24th March. The guides Anna and Maria were quite helpful and spoke fluent English. The tour was well organized from the beginning.

    Had a informative time on Sergiev Posad and it's history. Since the guides are from the same locality they had first hand info and was a nice time spent. Would recommend for further tours
