I’ve been in some activities with 7 Cumes during the last year. Climbing, trekking, exploring caves, and other’s in nature, alone and with my little boy (9 years old). All I can say is that the professionalism, sympathy, and an extreme attention with all the security rules, is a perfect and hard to find, combination of skills that make Nuno Curto the right person to anyone that wishes to go outside, see beautiful places, challenge themselves, acquire more knowledge about climbing, trekking or being in the nature or mountains. As anyone can imagine as a mother I’m over worried about security and well being of my boy, everytime we decide to go outside and have an adventure day, Nuno simply make all seem possible, with a constant worry of encouragement, and passing on all his knowledge so we can feel secure and have an extreme fun. Thanks 7 Cumes for making us fall in love with nature.
As this is the only way of having an answer from 7 cumes I would like to add that at the end of the activity you agreed that it didn´t go well and that you were thinking on somehow compensating us.
I would also like to mention that we are only trying to have part of our money back since the service was not good and not fully provided.
I could list several other things that didn´t go well beyond those mentioned by Jorge but I really don´t think I should do it here. Nuno, you are perfectly aware of what went wrong and why we are asking part of our money back.
We have no doubts about your good work in other activities but we really think you should have the sincerity and humility to admit that this specific activity went wrong.
Nuno is a nice guy, but that isn't enough at the mountain!!!
Terrible travel planning, with 3 hour delay in the meeting point. Once at Morocco this "supposed" guide didn`t had a map (OMG!!!) to get to Imlil.
In the mountain, well this is the kind of place where Nuno does not know how to be. Totally unknown of the terrain and trails, terrible physical condition and, once again, no planning at all.
7 COMES, has its beautiful online site and offers some nice activities, but they have a long way to know how to manage outdoor days.
It wasn't the first time i had Nuno as a guide and now that i've experienced a greater "quest" my idea of him hasn't changed at all. I found him a very trained moutain guide with tons of knowledge both theoretical and pratical. His ability of changing the "plans" at the last minute so we can achieve the prime objective is incredible as is reliable. Although this was my first experience in alpinism i found that i was in good hands so i would advise him for those who want to have a great experience in the mountain.
Keep up the good work!
Nuno is a very nice, friendly, affordable and with great expertise in their specialty tab. Has special deference to the customers and is very picky with the safety aspects involving activities that develops.
