Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu expand_more
Pick-up from the airport and transfer to hotel.
Unwind and take a heritage walk in the streets of Kathmandu.
Enjoy a traditional welcome dinner at night.

Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu expand_more
Meet your guide at the hotel lobby at 9 AM.
Feel peace and tranquillity as you visit the famous temples and monasteries of Kathmandu, including the Boudhanath stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple.
Drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site- Kathmandu Durbar Square. It is the old royal palace of the former Kathmandu Kingdom.

Day 3: Explore Bhaktapur & Drive to Dhulikhel expand_more
Travel to Bhaktapur, an ancient town listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is famous for its traditional architecture, customs and textile products. Walk through the narrow alleys of Bhaktapur and learn about the daily lives of the local people.
Continue with a drive to Dhulikhel, a Newari town famous for spectacular views of the Himalayan range.
Overnight stay at a resort.

Day 4: Hiking in Dhulikhel expand_more
Hike for around 3-4 hours through Dhulikhel and enjoy viewing some of the world's highest mountains.
Visit a local school on the way.
Return to the resort for lunch and overnight stay.

Day 5: Visit Patan Bungamati and Khokana expand_more
Drive to the ancient city of fine arts called Patan, famous for its metal craftsmanship.
Take a walk through the courtyards of Patan, known as Bahal and Bahi. The Durbar Square of Patan is full of classic Hindu temples and palace courtyards.
Visit two ancient Newari villages- Bungamati and Khokana. While the former is famous for its ancient culture and intricate wood carving traditions, the latter is known for its Mustard seed oil.
Drive back to Kathmandu for an overnight stay.
