Hike up the Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park expand_more
7:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel and head for a good time amidst the wilderness.
7:45 AM: Arrive at the Budhanilkantha Temple, where you will get the chance to explore the holy sites and learn about the local customs and beliefs.
8:15 AM: Begin a hike up to Shivapuri Top.
Once on top, Visit Nagi Monastery, where female monks receive their education.
Head to the Bagh Dwar, which is the origin of the holy Bagmati River. From here, you will witness a slew of wonderful waterfalls.
Keep an eye out for a range of wildlife, including the mystical Red Panda, and get a picturesque view of Kathmandu valley and snow-capped mountains from here.
3:00 PM: Head to Budhanilkantha and return.
