    • Start from Yangon at 08:30 am and drive to Bago city for 2 hours.

    • Have lunch and continue driving to reach the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda (Golden Rock Pagoda) base camp.

    • Proceed to Golden rock in a truck or a cable car and see glorious sunset views from here. Explore the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, a well-known Buddhist pilgrimage site and is built on the top of a granite boulder covered with gold leaves, pasted on by its male devotees. 

      Spend the night at a hotel located on top of the mountain.

  • Day 2: Kyaiktiyo Pagoda Sunrise view expand_more

    • See the beautiful sunrise and come down to the base camp by cable car or truck.

       Drive back to Yangon.
