Know before you go

  • Your guide will meet you at Shop 7B, Mariners Cove Marina, 60 SeaWorld Drive, Main Beach, Gold Coast.

  • Shuttle times vary depending on the order of pick-ups.

  • Jetboat Australia is on the hour from 9 am to 4 pm, but departure times vary from day to day and are subject to availability.

  • Check-in time is 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

  • Guests must be in good health and free from any medical conditions to undertake this tour. Pregnant persons and people suffering from back, neck or heart conditions must not undertake this tour. 

  • Children below 4 years of age are not allowed to undertake this tour. 

  • 4 to 14 years are eligible to pay the child rates. 15 years & above will be eligible to pay adult rates.

  • On-board Jetcam footage can be purchased at an additional charge of AUD25.
