Take this 2-day trekking tour of the Atlas Mountains and hike across deep gorges, gushing river streams and juniper forests in the vast mountaneous terrains of  Morocco. Get amazed by the highest waterfall in the region as you go through Berber villages, meet locals and discover their lifestyles, all on this single short but unforgettable trip.

    • Drive towards the high Atlas Mountains via Tahnnaout, Oued Ghighaya & Asni.

    • Enjoy the stunning view of the villages along the valley, as you watch people get on with their daily lives.

    • Arrive at Imlil, located at a distance of 65 km from Marrakech, and meet the tour guide and muleteer to start the trek.

    • Climb Tizi Mzik pass to see a spectacular view over Imlil valley & Toubkal Summit.

    • Continue to Tamsoulte to visit the highest waterfalls in the Atlas Mountains, down the Azzaden valley through juniper forest to get to Tizi Oussem village.

    • Spend the night at the Guest-house 

  • Day 2 - Trek back to Marrakech expand_more

    • Enjoy the sunshine after breakfast in this colourful valley and its marvellous typical Berber villages.

    • Leave Tizi Oussem and continue down to Id Issa village, before heading up to Tizi Oudid mountain pass.

    • Cross Matatvillage after a wild juniper forest.

    • Have lunch under walnut groves and relax near the river.

    • Head back to Marrakech.
