    • Drive on the road to Fes which takes you along a beautiful stretch of farmlands where olives, grain, vegetables and grapes are grown.

    • Before arriving in Fes, visit Meknes and Volubilis. Volubilis is the site of the famous Roman ruins left from the Roman Empire’s most southern outpost.  Meknes is the site of the first Arab dynasty created by Moulay Ismail and has the Medersa Bou Inania, and the Bab Mansour, the Gateway to Moulay Ismail Palace. 

    • Venture into Henri es-Souani, the horses stable and granaries.

    • Visit the rooftop garden and cafe with a great view of the city.

    • Arrive in Fes and check into the hotel.

    • Begin your visit of “the oldest living Medina in the world” with a local official tour guide. You will tour the Medina with its “souks” (markets), stopping at the gateway of the Royal Palace, the 9th-century Karouine mosque and University.

    • Visit the tomb of the city founder “Moulay Idriss II”.

    • Head out for lunch at one of the traditional restaurants in the old Medina.

    • After lunch, continue your tour to visit the Najarine Fountain, the old Harem Garden and the Batha Museum.

    • On the way back to the hotel, stop to enjoy a panoramic view of the city.

    • Go to the mountains, to a region known as Imouzzer, which is blanketed by forests of cedar, juniper and cork oak.

    • Get close to numerous types of birds, wild boar and Barbary apes on your scenic drive.

    • Follow the roads that climb into the Middle Atlas Mountains, where you may see the slopes dotted by tents and goat herds of nomadic Berbers who call this rugged region, home.

    • After a late lunch in Midelt, continue on mountain roads overlooking the wide flowing Oued Ziz.

    • Passing Kasbahs and palm groves, come across the adobe colored city of Er-Rachidia and arrive in Merzouga by the late afternoon - a city on the outskirts of the Sahara Desert.

    • Take a camel ride and spend the night in the Erg Chebbi, with nomads for company, in the Berber tents.

    •  Get up early to see the beautiful onset of the Sun and climb the dunes.

    •  Head back to the Hotel where you will have breakfast.

    • Then, continue to the Toldrà’s throats by Rissani where you can stop for a bit to visit its traditional Souk which is considered the largest in the whole South of Morocco.

    • Continue towards the throats of Toldrà.

    • Spend the night in a guest house in the Gorges of the Todra.

    • Grab breakfast and wander for a bit between the gorges before continuing towards the Dades Valley and the Valley of roses, the Oasis of Skoura.

    • Arrival in Ouarzazate and accommodation in Riyad.

    • After breakfast, take the road to Ouzoud with stops for lunch and pictures.

    • Arrive in the afternoon at Ouzoud.
