The touristic kingpin of Jamaica’s northern coast is a town alive with bubbling Caribbean rum joints, pandemonius Spring Breaker clubs, luxurious hotel complexes and a host of traffic-laden downtown roads that tick over to the off-beats of Marley reggae and the fruity sounds of steel-drum jazz alike.
