Felix is a wonderful host and it is thanks to him that our trip to Tanzania was so memorble. I was traveling for the first time to Africa and with my 7 yr old kid. 

He picked us from the airport, took care of all our needs, from helping us pick basic medicines, groceries etc. We were comfortable in his stay and the safari was fantastic. We got a chance to see animals in such close proximity. We even saw a hunt and were thrilled with the knowledge and experience he has on animals. 

Even after the safari was over, we still had one additional day in Arusha. Kind Felix, took us to his village (a 4 hour drive away from Arusha) so we can see MT Kilimanjaro peak better. His family is super kind, warm and helpful.

On very shor- notice my family and I planned a Safari to Tanzania and found Felix to be our guide. He was very responsive and replied very fast with an offer which suited us. We picked and booked the hotels ourself through Booking.com but Felix can and it turns out, next time should do this himself; hence the guides get a better rate. 

All the game drives in the park were good - we got to see all the animals and the car was comfortabe (we even napped there). A big supply of water was in the car and also 2x binoculars - which was great . 

Felix is responsible and obedient, respecting the enviroment and his country. 

Thank you for your time, energy and service! So nice of you - surprizing us with the souvenirs at the end and inviting us to your home  :)

Things to improve:

+Inform in advance if something is not 100% with the car (better the guests stay in hotel and relax while its being repaird - you never know how long it will take) 

+during game drives share your knowledge about the animals and your country (aks if we are interested) 

+propose places to see / go to - be more ingenious

+provide masks against dust

We decided to visit the Serengeti in Tanzania in 2016. A friend indicated her personal experience of a vacation in the Serengeti and numerous other sites in Tanzania. Her strong recommendation was for a firm called Unison personally led by Mr. Felix Kisamo.

We’re happy to say we followed that recommendation, contacted Mr. Felix and agreed on the terms of the service provision we’d receive from him and his firm during our visit from December 21-25 to the Serengeti and the Nogorongoro crater.

Our vacation resulted in a resounding success where we witnessed the accountability and commitment to his work of Mr. Felix. We emphasize those two concepts as they are two critical qualities necessary in all human endeavors; especially in these type of arrangements. Mr. Felix is a thoroughly experienced guide, knowledgeable of the elements of a Safari and thorough in his explanations. The bottom line, is this was the best vacation we’ve had thanks to Mr. Felix, the beauty of the scenery and the excitement of seeing exotic animals in their natural surrounding.

For those reasons we can state without reservations that we’ll repeat this experience and definitely contract Mr. Felix once again, only this time for a longer stay.
