We booked Polina to tour us around Peter and Paul Fortress.  We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children under 12 years old.  Here rate was very reasonable - the most reasonable of the 4 proposals we received.  She was knowledgeable of Peter and Paul Fortress.  As she took us around the prison cells, she allowed us to experience what it would be like to be in solitary confinement, to be inside a cell, and she told us stories of particular inhabitants and what happened to them or how they died.  She made the tour interesting and showed us the tombs of the czars, including the Romanovs.  At the end, we had told her where we were having a meal after (Koryushka) and she surprised us as she arranged for an electric car from the restaurant to pick us up.  Would book her again!

Polina was very accommodating  from the start.  From planning stage , provided me with offers of different locations , cost , and once I decided what I want to see she provided me with total cost .

When I got to St. Petersburg she came on the first morning  on time , showed me around , made shurevto stop for lunch on that. Old day, and places me on the right train to get back to my hotel on time .

The other days , she came with a car , we went out of the Citi , everything was perfect like a clock .

I highly recommend her fir a well organized and punctual trip with a smile and present atmosphere.

I used Polina as my guide for 2 days in St Petersburg for my group of 16 people!  She and her driver were beyond my expectations!  Everyone loved them both!  I would highly recommend her and wish I could do it all over again!
