I found Ali from the Tour HQ and had him as my driver and guide in Persopolis et al. for a day. He is very knowledgeable, specifically on the history of Persian and each carving in Persepolis and Necropolis. I am very interested in ancient Persian history. I asked lots of questions that he could answer all of them. Through the trip, I have learned a lot. Ali is also very motivated and genuinely wanted to provide a great experience for his customer (i.e., me).  For example,  immediately before we entered Persopolis, he asked me if I want him to give me more time to introduce the history of the Persian Empire or give me more time to take pictures. That showed that he is very thoughtful and wants to customize the trip to accommodate his customer's needs.

I really enjoy the day trip with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to visit Persopolis.
