Our Recent Trip to Cebu

Reviewed June 7, 2019

Hi Cristina,

Hope you are doing good. With a very heavy heart I would like to state that we are totally disappointed. Day one was average as we could only visited 2-3 places in city.

Day two first half was good we enjoyed swimming. Bu then going to Olango Island was not wort .... what we saw nothing. While coming back we had to cross the river by walk. You should have informed us such arrangement.

Day three was good.

Last but not the least, lunch was included in the trip but we paid for our lunch ( except day two at floating restaurant)

Please note we hired a Driver who took us around city and made us to see many places. We started at 10:00 AM and reached Hotel at 9:00 PM. And you would be surprised to note it cost us less than half the amount you charged us.

Thanks

Sasmira

Hello, Ms. Sasmira! I’m sorry about the disappointment. It actually saddens me. But let me clear some things here. 1st day. (Cebu City tour) During the city tour, we visited Fort San Pedro, Magellan’s Cross and Sto Niño church, Temple of Leah and even tried (7D mango factory (which is not More

on the itinerary) but we weren’t able to do that due to a time restriction and traffic as well.) I apologize if I wasn’t able to inform you about the Cebu’s traffic ahead of time (it’s unstoppable esp. on weekends) and the change of destination misinformation. Temple of Leah was actually not on my proposal, (pls take note that Temple of Leah’s destination has an additional payment for any car service and I paid for it. I included the Temple of Leah during our tour, so Taoist temple, Mactan Shrine (we actually passed by on the way to your hotel but lack of time) and 10K roses were being replaced coz there’s nothing really in those places except for Taoist temple. I paid for the Cebu City lunch (Remember Jollibee?) Reason why I didn’t ask for any payment from you after that. Please note that if you compared the amount you paid to me and the car service you hired differently, mine has all the entrance, ecological fees, and of course my tour guide fee. 2nd day. Missed opportunity.....

Reviewed March 29, 2019

Crisitina was very, very flexible and accomodating as our schedule changed over the course of 2 weeks before arriving in Cebu. I became ill and we kept postponing our arrival date while simultaneously changing the duration of our visit. Through three such changes, Cristina remained postive and adaptable to whenever we were able to arrive, and to whatever schedule we chose.

Ultimately, unfortunately, we ran out of time and were unable to meet with Cristina and avail ourselves of her services: our loss! I sincerely hope that, when we are able to return, she will still be available to be our very able tour guide!

Thanks, Cristina!
