I do absolutely recommend Valery as a tour guide for your trip to Moldova and/or Transnistria.

What I liked most is his insight into local realities and his willingness to improvise. The former demonstrated by a truly witty and enriching talk we had. The later resulted in an impromptu wine tour in Asconi Winery, which was a perfect conclusion of our day tour.

I took the Transnistria tour with Valery, he is a qualified tour guide with many years of experience, he is very friendly and helpful, he has vast knowledge of his country's history and culture and he will make sure that you gain enough insight to develop a good undestanding of his beautiful country's rich and complicated histroy. His experience allows him to give you really good tips, he is resourceful in many ways from finding the best locations to making it through the quickest or more interesting route and he is a very interesting person which is easy to communicate and fun to chat with.
