Ngan is a local girl which is obvious from here knowledge of Hanoi past and present. I guess that could be said of many guides but what particularly impressed me was her honesty right from the first contact and willingness to adapt the tour to suit me. What I really enjoyed were the conversations we had during the tour which were fun, but also gave me a great insight into Vietnamese life and culture. I didn't only find a great guide but a friend. 

She gave me a closer look of the country's complex past and exciting present. I enjoyed discussing current events and Vietnam NGOs with her over a cup of egg coffee. Really smart and humble girl. Thanks for everything

I was blown away by her knowledges about Vietnam's history, cultures as well as about current world events. I had a wonderful time exploring the city and learned so much about Vietnam history from local point of view. The coffee shop she suggested was a highlight - full of life, with young locals chilling and one of the best coffee Ive ever had. Highly recommend! Will message her when I come back Vietnam.
