Hiro was very helpful in our trip involvine 9 pax with 2 seniors and 4 children. I rented a wheelchair for my father and my family had several big luggage. Hiro was able to provide a big vehicle for us to move around the mountainous area in Nagano. It was almost impossible  for me to rent such big cars in Japan as foreigner. Hiro was able to guide us even inside train stations and he provided valuable inputs during our shopping. He was able to recommend to us cheaper and better transport and food options.

When we requested additional help in Tokyo, he was able to accede to our last minute request. He even offer his car to take our luggage and parents so that we can enjoy the train journey without our luggage. Hiro has helped to make our tour a lot more comfortable and easier with his thoughtfulness and kindness. Examples include arranging for wheelchair assistance with the train stations and early reservation of seats. In terms of communication, his English is not very good for sufficient for us to understand him.

He is a very good person & honest, very good driver. Very bad Guide.  Very poor or inexistent knowledge of English, cannot express  in English and does not have knowledge of History.. he recomended and placed us in hands of a Guide (Masaki) for the cities of Kyoto & Nara, who was Excellent very good english, lots of History. This made Hero’s performance worse.

Hero is a very friendly guide who knows Tokyo very well. He guided us to the highlights of Tokyo.  On day 1 of our trip we already had seen a lot. He gave us good tips for the rest of our staying in Tokyo.
