I was happy that she guided me around Kiev city very well. She almost listened to my requests , which  were to eat local food, to use public transportation and to walk around. 

I ask tourHQ to tell a guide's favorite communication to a guset in advance. For example, she wanted to use some apps, which were "whats app" or " viber" . I could not installed these apps during my trip. Moreover I could not connect free wi-fi in some areas. I thought she was very anxious about these situation.
