I have travelled to Sri lanka and spent 13 days in this beautiful country. Mr. Henry was my trip Coordinator during this trip.I genuinely was pleased and satisfied with the Overall Experience.Actually I have found him through this useful website and once I contacted him I got rapid and professional response. Although he had commitment with another couple at the same time of my trip but he arranged me another driver/guide from his team, Mr. Ranaweera who was extremely cooperative, supportive, friendly, patient and fully educated of Sri Lanka history as well as careful and safe driver in a clean and air conditioning car.Mr. Henry was helping me for everything related to this trip as following,1. Review my itinerary & hotels reservation and provide me with advises and recommendations.2. Arrange for me in advance the all excursions during this trip with resinable prices.3. He reserved me the train ticket from Nuwara Eliya to Ella once I have asked him.4. He Was in contact with me on daily basis for 2 weeks before as well as during the trip to update me with any new issues.5. He was waiting me in the airport to introduce the driver for me.6. Provide me with useful tips for my trip.
