Mani guided my wife and I on the Manasalu Circuit in October 2016.  Mani helped to make the trek a wonderful experience.  The trek involves a large elevation gain so you pass through a variety of ecosystems on the way to the high point of the trek at Larkya La Pass.  Mani made the hiking day so interesting because he was very knowledgable about the plants, crops, trees and animals to be seen as you make your way up through the Nepali countryside, as well as the lives of the villagers you meet along the way.  Also Mani has a great sense of humor and we shared many a laugh over a joke or observation along the way.  Mani was very helpful, encouraging and thoughtful throughout our trek; a lovely touch of his was presenting us with a plate of fresh fruit after every dinner, which was such a delight in the evening.  We found Mani to be flexible and adaptable as well; we had a route schedule but wanted to move a little quicker and Mani accommodated us in that regard.  In additional, Mani is a lovely human being, thoughtful and interesting, who liked to talk about life and family--we enjoyed his company very much.  We strongly recommend Mani as your guide for your Himalayan trek in Nepal.  

Had a 9 days trip from lukla to EBC and back during the december period. As it was a short trip our group didnt had a chance to properly acclimatize to the altitude. Mani was attentive and cared for our health during the whole trip. He is also detailed in his planning and would accomodate the trip schedule to our needs on the spot. A great guide to go with and had a good english proficiency. He is also well versed in all the mountains around Mt.Everest and able to answer all the questions we were asking. Would definitely recommend him to everybody i know that wants to have a great trekking experience to EBC. 

By the stroke of luck I go Mani as my guide. He is very simple down to earth young man. Has excellent knowledge of the mountains, the terrain, floara and fauna. He was not only my guide but freind and philosopher too. The 10 days we hiked in such companionable adherence from Naipal to ABC and back. He had also chosen a very appropriate porter Sudeep Maharaj. We three bonded well and had such a fun time dancing on the mountain to some beautiful Nepali tunes. I am bit rusitc on use of mobile he guided me in that too. Mani is very good cards player and I learnt some quite new card games. Boarding, loding, transport each and everything happened like clockwork. I was the most pampered trekker out there at Annapurna, Jai Mani Bagavath
