Yane has been our guide in a 20 days trek around the Annapurnas, Naar-Phu valley and Tilicho lake. He knows very well the mountains, he has iniative in his work and with his customer. He always try to have people satisfied and maintain a good relationship with his team. Good communication skills in French and in English. 

Thanks to Yame, we had a wonderful experience in the Himalayas and I hope to do another trek with him as guide.

Hello, 

I've been knowing Yame for 8 years now. I discovered Nepal with him during a wonderful 21 days trek around Ganesh Himal and Singla Pass, in the beginning of winter.  The idea was to customise a trek for my best friend and I, and to take time talk with people in the villages, to discover their way of live, take good pictures, and also to get a nice sportive experience... 

I've been treking on 4 continents now, and I can tell Yame Gurung is the best guide I ever met. He is very professional, cares about his team, about security, but remains flexible and listening to the wishes of his clients.  For instance when you want to modify slighly the route, he is OK unless there is a security issue. 

He knows very well his country, and is interested in rich discussions about mountain, people, religions, farming, animals, geology, botanics, etc... Really a good partner of discovery ! 

Finally, with Yame you get the pleasure of free trekking, plus the security of a professionnal guide, plus a new friend at the end of the story...
