Lyan was our guide for our Bromo - Ijen Crater trip last year (2013). She was referred to me by another trusted friend of mine who was also one of Lyan's clients before. For this trip, there were many activities I wanted to do, she gave me the needed feedback, replied to my emails quickly, and accommodated my requests. We went to Ijen Crater, Bromo, white water rafting and camping in the blue lagoon in Sempu Island. After a year, me and my friends wanted to climb Semeru and we got in touch with Lyan once again to be our guide for the trip. This time around, we consisted of trekkers from different nationalities (Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Brunei, and Japan) and Lyan was good at communicating using the English language. Lyan is friendly, and accommodating to her clients, she took care of us during our whole trek. Will definitely get in touch with Lyan again to guide us for our Gunung Arjuno - Welirang hopefully next year as well.

We went for Mt Semeru hiking trip with Lyan in a group of 12 from 14 Aug -18 Aug 2014. She was very friendly and helpful during the trip. The communication channels were always open while she handled our numerous queries. While going up we went as 12 friends with Lyan but definitely returned back as 13 friends ;)
